Agroamerica has implemented environmental and social programs for the benefit of its workers and their families. Our purpose is to provide the necessary tools to improve the living conditions of our workers and their families while encouraging them to participate in the development of their own communities.
Our corporate vision is to be an example for the rest of countries in Central America in the agricultural industry, and use more efficient and productive systems that create a positive impact on both the employees and the environment.
We are building a Human Development Center to provide Health and Education services to our employees, their families and the communities near our operations.
